About Dolce House and this policy
Dolce House is a brand currently operated by its founders. In this policy, “Dolce House,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the founders operating the brand and this website. The website is informational and pre-launch.
This policy explains information associated with website visits, direct inquiries and the measurement services described below. The planned services are described conditionally; their inclusion in this policy does not mean that each service or feature is currently enabled.
Contact Dolce House at [email protected] with questions or requests about your information.
Information you provide
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, organization, contact details and the contents of your inquiry. We use this information to respond, consider relevant business, partnership, investor or media introductions, and maintain related correspondence.
Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed for your inquiry. Opening an email link does not send a message, submit a website form or subscribe you to marketing.
Website visits and hosting
The website is hosted through GoHighLevel, also known as HighLevel, and uses hosted image-delivery services. When your browser requests a page or image, these services may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested address, referring page and request time. Technical information may be processed to deliver content, maintain availability, diagnose problems and protect the website and hosting services.
Hosting and image delivery are distinct from optional analytics and advertising measurement. Providers may process technical information as part of delivering their services even when optional measurement technologies are not used.
Age confirmation and functional storage
The promotional brand experience asks you to confirm that you are at least 21. The age gate uses browser sessionStorage to remember a confirmation or a decision to leave. It stores an age-choice flag, not a date of birth or identity document.
This storage is associated with the website origin and browser tab and normally lasts for the tab’s session, including reloads. Browser restoration and opening a tab from another tab can affect whether session information persists or is copied. If storage is unavailable, confirmation is remembered only in the current document and may be requested again on another page.
Age confirmation is a self-declaration, not independent identity or age verification. It is also not consent to cookies, analytics or advertising. Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and the neutral exit remain available without age confirmation.
Planned analytics and measurement
We plan to use the following tools to understand website use and measure relevant interactions. The descriptions in this section apply if and when the tools are enabled, according to their configuration and any applicable privacy choices.
Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics 4 may be used to understand traffic, page views, navigation and interactions such as link clicks. Depending on the settings and events configured, measurement can include referral or campaign information, approximate location, browser and device details, and information used to assess website performance. Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers to distinguish visits and interactions.
Google Tag Manager
Google Tag Manager may be used to manage and deploy measurement tags. The information collected and the providers receiving it depend on the tags, triggers and settings configured within the container. Tag Manager communicates with Google’s services; it is not itself a visitor consent choice, and using it does not mean that every available measurement or advertising feature is enabled.
Google tags and conversion measurement
Google tags may be used to understand how campaigns relate to actions on the website, such as clicking a contact link. Depending on the configuration, this can involve campaign or ad-interaction information, click identifiers, cookies or similar identifiers, and information about the action measured. A contact-link click does not establish that an email was sent or received.
Conversion measurement is distinct from remarketing and personalized advertising. Describing possible conversion or future advertising measurement does not mean that remarketing, personalized advertising or audience profiling is currently in use.
Search visibility tools
We plan to use Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools to understand how search engines find and present the website, including search impressions, search-result clicks, indexing and crawl information.
These are search administration and reporting tools, rather than tags for measuring an individual visitor’s behavior throughout the website. Site-ownership verification through DNS or a static verification method does not itself require a visitor analytics or advertising tag. Separate analytics or advertising features are not automatically enabled by describing these search tools.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies, browser storage and similar technologies serve different purposes. Session storage used for the age gate supports its functional behavior. Hosting services may also use technologies for service delivery and security.
If analytics tools are enabled, analytics cookies or identifiers may help measure visits and interactions. If advertising measurement is enabled, advertising-related cookies or identifiers may help associate campaign interactions with website actions. Which technologies apply depends on the services and settings actually used; not every category described here is necessarily active.
Optional analytics or advertising storage is separate from the age-choice flag. Deleting or blocking storage can affect functionality or cause the age question to appear again.
Your choices
You can choose what information to include in correspondence, contact us with privacy questions or requests, and use your browser settings to manage cookies and stored information. Browser settings and privacy features vary and may not prevent every technical request to a service provider.
The age prompt is not a cookie banner or a choice about analytics or advertising. If we introduce website-specific consent or opt-out controls for optional technologies, we will explain their scope and how to use them.
Where applicable law requires consent or an opt-out choice for a particular use, that requirement is separate from age confirmation. Contact us at [email protected] about your information or available choices.
Uses and disclosures
Information may be used for website operation and security, handling inquiries and related business correspondence, and meeting applicable legal obligations. Where the planned measurement services are enabled, information may also be used to understand website use, improve content and evaluate campaigns and relevant conversions.
Recipients can include HighLevel and providers supporting hosting, image delivery, security and email. Google receives information when its email or enabled measurement services are used. Providers may use other service providers to operate their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or security.
The privacy requirements for disclosures to analytics or advertising providers depend on the services, configuration and applicable law, including any rules about a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising. The rights that apply depend on the services, settings and uses involved. You can contact us about disclosures or to make a privacy request.
Providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Their handling of information also depends on the services involved and the arrangements applicable to those services.
Email and external services
Email correspondence passes through the providers used by the sender and recipient, including Google for our contact address, [email protected]. Following an Instagram link takes you to an external service with its own privacy practices. Messages or interactions on external platforms are also subject to those platforms’ terms and privacy notices.
Retention
Retention depends on the type of information, why it was received, the need to maintain relevant correspondence, service-provider settings, security considerations and applicable obligations. Hosting, email and any enabled measurement services can have different retention arrangements.
Retention periods can differ between correspondence, hosting records and any enabled measurement data. You can contact us about information associated with your inquiry, including a request for deletion where applicable.
Your privacy requests
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of or a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have rights concerning targeted advertising or certain disclosures. Where processing relies on consent, you may be able to withdraw it.
The availability and handling of a request depend on applicable law, the information involved and any relevant exceptions. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity or authority to act. Please describe the request and your connection with Dolce House; avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Contact Dolce House at [email protected] with questions or requests about your information.
Security
No website, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use care when deciding what to include in correspondence and do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents through ordinary inquiries.
Adult audience
The promotional brand experience is intended for adults 21 and older and is not directed to children. Legal information remains available without age confirmation. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to Dolce House, please contact us.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as our services, practices or applicable requirements change. Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes to information use or privacy choices may require additional notice or consent under applicable law.
