The journal · Notes from the House

The pleasure
of the little things.

A considered table, a slower coffee, an evening that lingers. Inspiration for the art of a good pour.

A candlelit table with white flowers, linen napkins and coupe glasses.

01 · Beautiful entertaining

The after-dinner hour.

The table is cleared. The candles stay.

There is something lovely about leaving space at the end of an evening. Lower the lights, bring out the small plates and let the conversation find its own pace.

Our entertaining mood is simple: soft linen, flowers that leave room to see each other, and a table that feels lived in. Beautiful doesn’t have to mean elaborate.

02 · The good pour

A slower kind
of ritual.

A favorite glass. A quiet moment. The simple pleasure of taking your time. A pour over ice is one of the ways we imagine enjoying Vanilla Noir as its story unfolds.

03 · Coffee moments

The Dolce
espresso martini.

The aroma of coffee. The elegance of a coupe. A little after-dinner occasion. This is the inspiration for a future Vanilla Noir espresso martini.

04 · Something sweet

A thoughtful
final course.

A small dessert can be an invitation to linger. Vanilla, cacao and cream are the starting points for our exploration of after-dinner pairings.

A few beautiful bites, good conversation and no reason to rush the last course.
